When you make a reservation, contact us or stay at Sinclair Boutique Hotel, we may receive information including:

When you reserve through Airbnb or another online travel agency (OTA), travel agent or booking platform, that third party may separately collect and process your information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Sinclair Boutique Hotel may receive certain reservation and guest information from these providers as necessary to manage and fulfill your reservation.

Sinclair Boutique Hotel does not sell or rent guest personal information. We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate the hotel or fulfill a reservation, including with:

• Professional advisers when reasonably necessary

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect our guests, employees or property; investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; enforce our agreements; respond to lawful requests; or comply with applicable law. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Airbnb & third-party bookings

When a reservation is made through Airbnb or another third-party booking service, information collected directly by that platform is governed by that platform's privacy policy and terms. Sinclair Boutique Hotel may receive guest information from the booking provider that is reasonably necessary to administer the reservation, communicate with the guest, process authorized transactions and provide the stay.

Communications conducted through a third-party booking platform may also be stored and processed by that platform. Guests should consult the privacy policy of the platform through which they booked for information concerning that platform's collection and use of personal information.

Payment information & security

Sinclair Boutique Hotel takes reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information under our control. Online payment information may be transmitted and processed through secure third-party payment processors, reservation systems or booking platforms.

For security, guests should never send complete credit-card numbers or other highly sensitive financial information through unsecured email, text message or messaging services. Where payment information is processed by a third-party provider, that provider's privacy and security practices also apply. No internet transmission, electronic communication or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accessibility & special assistance

Sinclair Boutique Hotel welcomes guests with disabilities and guests who may require additional assistance during their stay. Because Sinclair is a boutique property with specific physical characteristics, guests requiring a particular accessibility feature are encouraged to contact us before booking. Our team will be happy to explain the property's layout, available accommodations and assistance options so guests can determine whether the property is appropriate for their individual needs.

Ground-floor access

The property has a ground-level entrance through the driveway/gate area. Our Beach Studio Picasso #3 is located on the first/ground floor with no entrance steps and may be suitable for guests seeking easier wheelchair access, subject to availability and the guest's individual requirements. Guests requiring specific doorway dimensions, bathroom configurations, shower access or other accessibility information should contact us before booking so we can provide current and accurate information.

Available assistance & equipment

Depending on availability and individual requirements, Sinclair Boutique Hotel may provide:

• Portable ramps and threshold aids for certain ground-floor areas
• Portable shower/bath chair
• Bathrooms with grab/support bars
• Portable visual and audible smoke/CO₂ alert equipment
• Assistance preparing accessible routes through designated guest areas

Guests are encouraged to request required equipment or assistance before arrival whenever possible so our team can confirm availability.

Parking & access

A wheelchair-accessible parking space may be available on the property, subject to availability. Additional public and privately operated parking facilities are available in the surrounding Hollywood Beach area. Third-party parking facilities are independently operated and may have their own prices, policies and accessibility features.

Talula restaurant & bar

Our on-property TALULA restaurant/bar includes an ADA-accessible restroom and wheelchair-accessible access to the restaurant/patio area. Guests requiring assistance may contact our team before arrival so available ramps or threshold aids can be prepared where necessary.

Beach & Broadwalk

Sinclair Boutique Hotel is located immediately adjacent to Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. The beach, Broadwalk, public sidewalks and other public areas are not owned, operated or controlled by Sinclair Boutique Hotel. Accessibility conditions, public facilities and services in those areas are therefore outside the hotel's control.

Service animals

Sinclair Boutique Hotel welcomes service animals as required by applicable law. Guests with accessibility-related questions or requests are encouraged to contact us before arrival.
