Beach Studio Picasso #3 (Limited ADA Accessibility)

• 1st Floor — NO steps to access the suite.
• The "walk-in" shower is NOT a roll-in shower: it is too narrow to access with a wheelchair and has a 6-inch border shower pan.
• It features 3 ADA support bars.
• We provide an ADA shower seat upon request.

Property Features

• 1 permanent wheelchair-accessible entrance by our driveway, with a gate entrance 48 inches wide.
• Beach Studio Picasso #3 is on the 1st floor with no steps, wheelchair accessible upon request and availability. The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and 3 support bars — but as the building was built in 1941, the bathroom is small and there is no space to enter with a wheelchair.
• TALULA, our outdoor beach lounge café, has an ADA-accessible restroom with a wheelchair ramp. Ask for assistance and we will set all ADA thresholds and ramps for your entire stay so you can enjoy the whole patio.
• 1 wheelchair-accessible VIP parking space on site in our driveway, plus 1 on the street corner of Surf/Polk and 1 in the paid parking lot next door (private property).
• 8 ADA-certified wheelchair thresholds or ramps available upon request to access our entire ground floor facility.
• Portable visual and audible smoke/CO₂ detectors for hearing and sight impaired guests, upon request for your suite.
• Grab bars in every bathroom, shower and tub, plus a portable shower/tub chair upon request.
• ADA signage clearly indicating that our property is wheelchair accessible and assistance is available.
• We gladly offer 50% OFF the Beach Club Access Day Pass for Wounded Warriors and guests in a wheelchair.
