Hotel Policies & Guest Agreement

Registration & occupancy

• The registered guest must be at least 21 years old and present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation.
• Only registered guests may occupy a suite. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum number stated for the suite; unregistered occupants may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay without refund.
• Self check-in is available 24/7. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless a later time has been confirmed in writing.
• Rates, deposits, fees and applicable Florida taxes are charged as quoted at the time of booking.

Respecting other guests

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM throughout the property, including the patio, backyard and balconies.
• Parties and events in the suites are not permitted. TALULA, Bonbon and the front and back yards can be privatized for events by prior arrangement.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all suites and indoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply for any violation.
• Please keep the patio, pool deck, jacuzzi and lounge areas free of glass containers.
• Management reserves the right to end a stay, without refund, in case of repeated disturbance, damage, or behaviour that endangers other guests or staff.

Jacuzzi

• The jacuzzi is open to registered guests during posted hours and is used entirely at your own risk. There is no lifeguard or attendant on duty.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please shower before entering, and do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol, or while pregnant, or with a heart condition or other medical condition, without consulting your physician.
• No glass, no diving, no jumping and no unaccompanied children. Please limit sessions to 15 minutes.

Sauna

• The sauna is used entirely at your own risk and is reserved for registered guests aged 18 and over.
• Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition, without consulting your physician first.
• Never use the sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that causes drowsiness. Sessions should be limited to 15 minutes and guests should hydrate before and after use.
• Do not place towels, clothing, liquids or any object on or near the heater. Report any malfunction to management immediately.

Bicycles & buggy

• Complimentary bicycles and the buggy are provided to registered guests and are used entirely at your own risk.
• Riders are responsible for complying with Florida law and City of Hollywood ordinances, including where bicycles may and may not be ridden on the Broadwalk.
• Helmets are required for riders under 16 by Florida law; helmets are recommended for all riders and are available on request.
• Bicycles and the buggy must be returned and locked at the property after use. The guest is responsible for the full replacement cost of any bicycle or equipment lost, stolen or damaged while in their care.
• Never leave a child unattended on or near a bicycle or the buggy.

Beach, Broadwalk & swimming

The beach, the Broadwalk and the public sidewalks are not owned, operated or controlled by Villa Sinclair. Swimming in the ocean is at your own risk and no lifeguard service is provided by the hotel. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for the supervision of minors at all times.

Damages, loss & personal property

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the suite, furnishings, equipment or common areas caused by themselves, their guests or their service animal.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of money, jewellery, electronics or other personal property. An in-suite safe is provided for valuables.
• Lost keys, remotes or access devices are charged at replacement cost.

Release of liability

By staying at the property and by using the jacuzzi, sauna, gym, BBQ grill, bicycles, buggy, beach equipment and other facilities, the registered guest and their party accept that these amenities are used voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

Sinclair Properties, LLC, DBA Villa Sinclair, its owners, managers and employees cannot be held liable for any incident, accident, injury, illness, loss or damage occurring on or off the property in connection with the use of these facilities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. The registered guest accepts these terms with no reserve on behalf of everyone in their party.
